Ok, great, guess what I've done now? I've signed up to be a part of Boulderactive '09. I'm not sure if I'm still in the right state of mind, signing up for a sport I'm not competent in, but yea, guess it is as they say- to have some fun and exposure. Moreover, the design of the singlet isn't too bad :] (that's 1 plus point)
The one point that detered me from joining was that no one I knew was joining. I mean, not literally, physically yes, there are people I know joining. But mentally speaking, or in the social sense, their presence seemed insignificant or rather a little disturbing. There is this one big problem that existed way before everything started and who knows if it can even be corrected. It annoys the hell out of me, but it seems the ones causing the problem are either obliviously ignorant of what is happening, or they are conveniently letting these little pesky problems slip by because the victim is anyone but themselves. You know? My English Teacher taught me something called "Basic Courtesy" that should be known to every single individual regardless of xxxxxx group. When you meet someone new in the group, the "middleman" introduces both party. When you have other xxxxx in the group, be the middleman.
But I guess they just love the exclusive rights given to them. Coveting it so much they refuse to share the joy with others. Great, I couldn't care less. Guess I would just cuddle my storybook and snuggle to sleep...
zzz...
O, if you guys want to, do drop by the open space of Velocity on this Friday from 1pm to 10pm to support me, though I doubt I would complete any routes. It might be a disappointing performance since I'm still rather rusty. Haha! :]
