Lols, well, finally. And I will not fail to emphasize that in all due respects that I am at last FREED~! (of all undue pressure acting upon me)

Yo, baby, yo baby!

My holiday module has come to an end, and Clinical Trials has been pushed to the very deepest corner of my mind, somewhere of which its exact location is still unknown. I'm going to try and make the best of my break and get somewhere, do something worth the while.

Saturday, 7th March marked the start of SMU's Gravical Bouldering Competition. Babi took part in it and woohoo, he got the 12th placing in the MEN's INTERMEDIATE category! It was a really hot day that day, with the sun shining mercilessly nonetheless... But yeah, that wasn't the main point.

There were 4 routes in total to be completed by the Intermediate Men. The first 2 routes needed more of technique I guess. The tiles, or as some would refer to as the "rocks", were hard to grip. There was one pincher which was really hard to grasp. But at least the Babi managed to touch the Bonus tile!! WooHoo! Then the last 2 routes were rather interestingly set. It required good execution of moves and dynamic power to complete. It was kind of height-biased, or so I might add. Not very favorable for shorties like me :x While the other climbers had to jump a little from the previous tile, the Babi easily got through that stage by merely reaching out his long arms across the overhang -.-'' I was so "awed" by his extended arm. Thanks, if only I had that pair of arms, I'd sail through my Novice Women's Competition. The second last route was a "sloppy" route- full of slopers. In case some of you are wondering, slopers are those shaped like- crudely put brxxxxts (so now do you get the idea), which is a test of a climber's contact strength. Babi breezed through it, its no wonder, why? Don't ask me why? Isn't he the dirty-minded young man? Hehe :x He flashed that route. The last one too :] Impressive.

Result: 12/ 21 placing.

Not bad for a novice intermediate :D + He's my Babi! So GOOD!! JIAYOUS in your Boulderactive!!

O, by the way, after the competition, we went to Heeren, there was this little games corner at HMV, we played StreetFighter. Guess what? Babi chose Akuma to fight and lost one round. I took over and won two rounds. Hehe, what's more, I had no tactics. My strategy was to frantically hit any buttons found on the controller. HAHA! Girls are better at fighting games than guys think we suck :x
